ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Competence Center CHASE GmbH is committed to provide barrier-free access to its website in accordance with the Website Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the Austrian Web Accessibility Act Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG).

This declaration of accessibility applies to the website of the Competence Center CHASE GmbH: https://www.chasecenter.at
STATUS OF COMPLIANCE
This website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as well as with the relevant European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) due to the exceptions listed below.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is not barrier-free accessible for the following reasons:

On the Home page, the headline/slogan in the title picture does not achieve the desired contrast ratio for large text of at least 3:1, see Success Criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast Minimum). We are working on a solution.

On the Social page, the duration of the videos displayed in the videos is not in the correct contrast ratio in two cases. Since this is not essential content and also part of pictures that contain significant other visual content, we assess that this has no contrast requirement according to the Incidental note in the paragraph Success Criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast Minimum).

On the Social page, two elements for following us on Twitter and YouTube are not supported, apparently because there are no buttons/icons with that functionality.

On the Home page, the Process digitalization and the Process intensification pages it is not possible to start the videos in the same frame by using keyboard only.

The Social media buttons in the footer that link to our channels open in a new window. There is no way to adjust that they open in the same window.

Letter spacing and word spacing are a little bit smaller than recommended in the Success Criterion 1.4.12 (Text Spacing) because some of these changes are not adjustable with the CMS used and also seem contrary to readability. Also, according to NOTE 1 and 2 the primary focus of these text spacing values is to ensure content availability and functionality which are given.

PDF documents open in a new windows. There is no way to adjust that they open in the same window.
Older PDF documents are not accessible, for example, they are not tagged, meaning that they cannot be used by screen-reader users.

Please notify us if you discover any problems with particular contents on this website and we will try to make them available to you in a barrier-free way.
CREATION OF THIS DECLARATION
This statement was compiled in June 2025. It was prepared based on self-assessment and checked by available third party CMS applications. All pages where subject to the test.
